I am so trying this my mid section is the worst
you can do the same thing on the floor. it’ll carry less momentum too. just lie flat on your back with arms above your head and straight while your legs are slightly apart and straight too. Then lift both your legs and arms to meet at your navel. If that’s too hard, do 20 sets with each leg.
I’ve been working out for 3 months and my abs are hard when i flex but they don’t show yet. I gave up for the time being since it’s summer and I’m a 16 year old with a short attention span. lol.
I luv this exercise…it starting showing results for me very quickly.

This involves too much momentum. Try without bouncing your upper body. Gets more of your lower abs seperatly.

i dont have a computer chair as i own a laptop…any other suggestions that i could use as equipment?

There aren’t three parts to the abdominal wall.
If you’re talking about specifically the rectus abdominus, there are four ’sections’.
You can’t be saying the three parts are rectus abdominus, external and internal obliques, because that’s not upper, middle, and lower.
Go read a book about muscles.

not bad…easier to start with this (after having a kid) than what some of those trainers suggest (crunches? with baby blubber? I think not!)
